This session will allow you to make informed choices and provide tools to implement your new eating habits. Menu Planning is a very powerful in helping you to make positive and permanent health choices. Meal planning can be used to: - Shop more effectively - Stick to a varied and balanced diet - Save time and money - Reduce waste - Improve health and nutrition - Increase creativity - Decrease stress - Create accountability
